An Innocent Abroad - A Minxy Release & Giveaway

We're thrilled to announce a new Minx release!
An Innocent Abroad is the latest release by our very own, very talented Minx, Rae Summers (aka Romy Sommer), and we know you're going to love it as much as we do! With every copy you get a super sexy Italian hero.

An Innocent Abroad is a coming of age story set on the Amalfi coast of Italy in the early 1920s.

Fresh from finishing school, Isobel Harrington is sent to spend the summer in Italy with cousins in order to catch the eye of the eligible Hon. Christopher Barrett. But rather than Christopher, it is enigmatic Italian Stefano who awakens Isobel's sensuality, and who introduces her to the daring new idea that anything is possible, if only you want it enough.

An Innocent Abroad is the third novella by Rae Summers (aka Romy Minx) set in the 1920s.

This looks simply stunning congratulations !

I will share a special memory of my first love ,he was the only person that could make me burst out laughing no matter how sad I was, just a look would do the trick even if it felt like my heart was breaking into a million pieces.

He was not Italian but boy do I wish he was it would have made it so much more fun and no I did not meet him during a Italian vacation but that certainly would have made it perfect!

Thank you for the giveaway!

He was somebody special, I'll never forget him, it was absolute magic. But I was too young to get serious. I saw him a few years later when I was madly in love with my then boyfriend who is now my husband and I looked at him blankly, without recognition, to his obvious surprise. Who was he? I remembered his expression of puzzlement for a day or two afterwards, then it clicked. My spouse is the love of my life but the first one I liked/loved as a tiny piece of my heart. Not sure if I'd like to see him now though, if he's drinking and carousing at the rate he was back then, he'd probably look a wreck.

Congratulations Romy.

Congratulations, Romy. xxx

@Suzanne - all our love stories, even the slightly less happy ones, leave their remark one way or the other and we can get inspiration for our writing from them too. Which is something of a bonus, I'd say!

Definitely a bonus, Maria. Which just goes to show that no experience we have is ever wasted.

Thanks Romy. I realise I made a spelling mistake in my comment to Suzanne above - I wrote remark instead of mark! I'm sure whoever reads it will know what I mean.

Just playing catch up here at last!

I'll be sending Maria a copy of An Innocent Abroad, but since Desere said she wanted to read the Blaze anthology, I'll send you a copy of that as soon as it releases.

Please contact me with your email addresses, ladies. You can reach me on rae AT raesummers DOT com.

Well done to both of you and thanks for commenting.
